D. Details of Grievance Redressal Mechanism and How to Access It
In case of any grievance or complaint, investors are encouraged to approach the concerned research analyst directly to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If an investor's complaint remains unresolved or is not addressed satisfactorily, they may lodge a complaint through SEBI’s SCORES portal, a centralized web-based complaint redressal system. SEBI will forward the complaint to the concerned intermediary for timely resolution. Investors can also track the status of their complaint through SCORES.
